Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a caffeine intake?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, select your drink type, and confirm. You can also customize the caffeine amount if needed.
How does the sleep cutoff time work?
Based on your set bedtime and caffeine's half-life (approximately 5-6 hours), the app calculates when you should stop consuming caffeine for better sleep quality. You'll receive a notification when you're approaching this cutoff time.
Is my data synced to the cloud?
No. All your data is stored locally on your device. We prioritize your privacy and do not collect or transmit your personal consumption data to any servers.
How do I enable or disable notifications?
Go to Settings within the app and toggle the notification preferences. You can customize reminders for daily limits, cutoff times, and weekly summaries.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Premium users can export their caffeine intake history as a CSV file. Go to Settings → Export Data to download your records.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings → Premium, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The widget is not updating. What should I do?
Try removing the widget from your home screen and adding it again. If the issue persists, restart your device. iOS manages widget refresh rates, so there may be slight delays in updates.
